This year's Sunday School has 17 registered students ranging in age from 4 to
16.
The primary class is comprised of students who are 4 to 7 years old. The
children are taught a basic Orthodox curriculum. This consists of learning how
to make your cross, understanding what Holy Communion is and the proper
way to receive it, reciting the Lord’s Prayer, reading about the life of Jesus,
learning about icons, and what it means to be a Christian. We are also reading
about some of the important people of the bible who had shown their great
love, trust and faith in God.
Our older class is comprised of students who are 8 to 16 years old. They read
the Bible together and discuss how it relates to them today. This class is
always open to new students who want to learn more about the Word of God.
Our teachers and assistants are Cynthia Robillard, Photoula Harrington and
Heather Robillard.
