The St. George Ladies Philoptochos Society contributes to a wide range of local and national charities and programs. Below is a list of some of the many contributions we have made over the previous 12 months.

Local:

• Backpacks and school supplies for children in need at Potter School

• Hats, gloves and scarves (homemade) for homeless women veterans in Boston

• Collecting food for food pantry

• Standard Times' Neediest Family Fund

• Assisting our own parishioners in need

• The Giving Tree for needy students at Potter School at Christmas

• Visits to homes and nursing homes during holidays with gifts and company.
